Support Plan Conditions

  • Spark365 support plans are available only to customers located in the 50 United States, including DC, who have purchased a Spark365 Kit and have an active Business Central license. 
  •  Customers will select 2 authorized users for the selected plan. Spark365 will send you an email to register your authorized users upon initiating the support plan
  • Cancellation Policy: Spark365 support plans are a monthly subscription service. Cancellations require a written notice 30 days prior to cancellation date. For annual plans, an initial 12-month commitment is required at the purchase of the support plan on Spark365’s online store. You may cancel your subscription at any point notifying us that you wish to discontinue your subscription(s). Prorated refunds are not available.
  • Prices for our products or Service description are subject to change without notice.
  • The support plans are for system inquiries and troubleshooting only. Additional custom developments, settings and trainings are available only at additional cost
  • Any supports associated with Microsoft updates or bug are not included. 
  • All support is provided remotely.
  • Our customer portal provides resources and support 24/7. Live chat and phone are available during business hours 8 am - 4 pm PST, excluding holidays. 
  • A dedicated support member is not assigned, but every support member will be knowledgeable of your support history through our customer- focused portal and support logs.
  • If you have applied customization to your system without using on a Test Environment and are getting errors, resolving these are outside the scope of our unlimited support plans. Our team are available to support you with these issues at our hourly rate of $125/hour.
  • Our training videos are designed to address the most frequently asked questions of small businesses. If you need specific training for your business, our experts can provide live workshops outside of our support plans at a separate fee. Reach out to us for any requests. 
  • Consultations and customization on functional enhancements of Business Central can be provided as a separate service. 
  • Our support plans do not cover third-party solution support. If you need integration support between third-party solutions and Dynamics 365 Business Central, our Spark365 team can provide this support as a separate service.
