Cancellation Policy

Notes:
*You are required to agree with one year contract. 
*If you would terminate the services, you are required to submit the written notice thirty days prior to expiry date.
*If you would terminate the services, you will be required to pay for 100% of fee for the rest of contracted month.
*See 'General Condition' sheet for additional terms.
*Sales tax, where applicable, is additional. 
*Expiry date of this estimate: 30 days from the date above.
*Bug fixing and contingency by Microsoft, 3rd Party vendor's or any other makers is not included.

 

General Conditions:
Tax:
 -Sales tax where applicable is additional. 
Business Hour:
 -Calsoft Business hours 9:00am to 6:00pm on Monday through Friday except U.S. holiday.
 -150% of Calsoft standard rate will be applied when we provide you with our services outside of Calsoft's business hour.
Expiry Date:
 -Estimate is expired 30 days after the document date on the estimate.
Invoice:
 -You are required to pay for hardware and software license fee in advance to process ordering.
 -Invoice for software implementation project is calculated based on time and material.
Payment:
 -You are required to pay for fee in fourteen days (NET 14 DAYS).
Shipping fee and expense:
 -Shipping Fee is additional and subject to change per shipping method.
 -Travel and accommodations expenses is not included. 
  (e.g. Air fare, hotel, rental car, gasoline, taxi, parking, per diem etc. for business trip)
Limited Liability:
 -IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY OR ITS AGENTS, PERSONNEL OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OR LOSS OF DATA. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CALSOFT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID CALSOFT FOR THE SERVICES UNDER THE WORK ORDER UNDER WHICH THE LIABILITY AROSE.
