Support Conditions

  • Spark365 support plans are available only to customers located in the 50 United States, including DC, who have purchased a Spark365 Kit and have an active Business Central license. 
  • Customers will select 2 authorized users for the selected plan. Spark365 will send you an email to register your authorized users upon initiating the support plan.  
  • Cancellation Policy: Spark365 support plans are a monthly subscription service. To cancel, provide a written notice 30 days prior to cancellation date. For annual plans, an initial 12-month commitment is required at the purchase of the support plan on Spark365’s online store. You may cancel your subscription at any point notifying us that you wish to discontinue your subscription(s). Prorated refunds are not available.
