What does Spark365 offer? How do I know this service is good for us?
Spark365 offers "out-of-box" ERP experiences for companies outgrowing their current accounting system, or business owners/managers who would like to get an ERP as a one-time investment that can grow with their business across multiple stages.
What is Business Central?
Dynamics 365 Business Central is a comprehensive business management solution designed for small to midsized businesses.
How much will this license be?
There are two monthly license types, "Essentials: $70/User" and "Premium: $100/User". If your company does not need "manufacturing" nor "Field service management", Essentials is enough for your needs.

How can we purchase license and services?
Both can be purchased easily through our online store. Licenses can only be purchased through a certified Microsoft Partner. We are a Gold Certified Partner and have completed hundreds of successful projects. When you've made the decision to purchase a license(s) and setup package, we'll provide an onboarding guide to begin the process.
What is differences between two set up kits, Starter and Signature?
If you company only needs a simple setup and you can be flexible to adjust your Chart of Accounts (CoA) to the pre-defined standard settings, the Starter Kit is the best plan for you.
If you'd like to keep your current CoA structure, customer or any master numbering, then the Signature Kit would be the best option for you.

What kind of modules (functionalities) are available on Business Central?

What kind of accounting reports are available?
Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Retained Earning are available as default.
Other than these financial reports, multiple reports are available such as Aged AR/AP. Please contact us with the kinds of reports you need.

Business Central is designed to work with the current versions of the desktop browsers:
- Chrome for Windows and Firefox for Windows
- Safari on OSX.
- Microsoft Edge.
Business Central is designed to work with Internet Explorer 11 (build 11.0.9600.17239) for Windows 10 (32-bit and 64-bit versions). We recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer supported for your version of Windows.

What methods of payments are accepted?
Spark365 accepts major credit card and PayPal. There is a one year commitment for the first year, after which the plan runs month to month.
