A data template (Excel) that makes it easy to fill in your company’s data (vendor, customer and item master) for importing into your new system
A blank “Beginning Balance” templates (Excel) to migrate all your current systems data (Open AR, Open AP, GL Balance, Inventory Balance, Bank Balance, and Fixed Asset)
Day 2: GL Account Setting Workshop, Part 1
A Spark365 Specialist conducts a “General Ledger Account Setting” workshop (also called Chart of Accounts Setting Workshop) to explain how to align Business Central’s Chart of Account structure with your company’s unique Chart of Accounts.

Day 1: Getting Set up in Test Environment

Integrate your Microsoft 365 e-mail services (Outlook) if you have an existing account
Assign security roles in Business Central
Connect your system with one bank (Positive Pay, ACH and Bank Statement import)
Day 3: Test Data Migration
Spark will:
Upload master data templates into the system (once for a test company and once for actual company data)
Upload beginning balance templates (once for a test company and once for actual company data)
