Our Signature Kit schedule will get you set up with Business Central in three weeks.
Day 1
Spark365 will activate a new Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
Spark365’s guides will show you how to:
- Set up a User Account
- Fill out data templates with your company’s vendors, customers and items master
Spark365 will provide you with:
- A data template (Excel) that makes it easy to fill in your company’s data (vendor, customer and item master) for importing into your new system
- A blank “Beginning Balance” templates (Excel) to migrate all your current systems data (Open AR, Open AP, GL Balance, Inventory Balance, Bank Balance, and Fixed Asset)
Day 2: GL Account Setting Workshop, Part 1
- A Spark365 Specialist conducts a “General Ledger Account Setting” workshop (also called Chart of Accounts Setting Workshop) to explain how to align Business Central’s Chart of Account structure with your company’s unique Chart of Accounts.
Day 3: GL Acct Setting Preparation
Day 4: Master Data Preparation

- A second “GL Account Setting” workshop with the Spark365 Specialist
Day 1: Getting Set up in Test Environment
Spark will:
- Create one company database with Business Central using your own GL Account Settings
- Create one test company environment
Day 2: Getting Set up in Test Environment
Spark will:
- Integrate your Microsoft 365 e-mail services (Outlook) if you have an existing account
- Assign security roles in Business Central
- Connect your system with one bank (Positive Pay, ACH and Bank Statement import)
Day 3: Test Data Migration
Spark will:
- Upload master data templates into the system (once for a test company and once for actual company data)
- Upload beginning balance templates (once for a test company and once for actual company data)
- Re-align with pre-defined computer Check Format by e-mail/chat
Day 4: Video Trainings
Spark’s video guides will show you how to:
- Generate financial reports
- Generate financial statements - B/S, P/L, Basic Budget (using BC’s default Chart Of Accounts)
Spark will give you access to our digital training library and provide links to recommended trainings for your company
Day 5: Live Training with Specialist
- A Spark365 Specialist will conduct a live, tailored and private training sessions based on your unique GL account settings (up to 5 hours)
